Water Heaters Only is here to help contractors, engineers, building owners, and homeowners in all different capacities. You can be assured that we are eager and ready to assist you and your needs, and to connect you with other professional plumbers, when needed.

PHCC PROFESSIONALS

Licensed and certified PHCC professionals (plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors) count on us to have a full warehouse of water heaters and associated products in stock. They know we will get them what they need, when they need it, with reliable scheduled delivery. And upon delivery, we place the new piece of equipment where it needs to go, and we take away the old water heater.

In a point-and-click world, we pride ourselves on the personal service we offer our contractor customers. We are here when they need us for service and support, even after hours. And we also offer many training classes throughout the year including state certified classes for CEU credits.

Water Heaters Only is proud to be the first water heater wholesaler in Minnesota to introduce value-added service to our plumbing and heating contractors. We know the market is incredibly competitive, so we work hard to earn and keep our contractor customers’ business.

ENGINEERS

Water Heaters Only provides expert consultative services and support to our design partners throughout a project’s duration – from design and equipment selection to equipment start-up and training. Engineers and mechanical contractors count on our extensive knowledge to assist in selecting the appropriate equipment for their projects as well as to help them understand industry trends and knowledge they can use on their next project.

We also offer trainings for engineers as well as free lunch and learns where we discuss how our products fit into the buildings they design. Please contact us for more information.

BUILDING OWNERS

Building owners know that no hot water means loss of profitability. Whether it is a hotel, apartment complex, salon, school, restaurant, light commercial building, commercial or heavy commercial building, or even an industrial facility – we have the product that you need, and we have it in stock.

Call us right now and we can help you by lining you up with a professional and getting your hot water back online. Frequently building owners call us to help assess their current needs for water heaters or related water heater equipment – please give us a call and the opportunity to discuss your immediate need or next project and we would be happy to do so.

Water Heaters Only offers after hour service and support also – so the late night, early morning deliveries to get you back online before your workday is a norm for us.

Water Heaters Only does not sell directly to the building owner – we only work with our contractor partners because we believe they are able to bring the most value to your mechanical or plumbing system. Partner with a professional and you will enjoy all the service and support that you deserve.

HOMEOWNERS

Homeowners are typically faced with replacing their water heater not out of desire, but out of necessity due to the current water heater leaking or needing to be replaced. The most professional and experienced contractors in the metro purchase their water heaters from Water Heaters Only – call us today or use our innovative FIND A PRO application and we can help link you up with a skilled and professional plumber in your area.

When your plumber purchases a water heater from us, you can rest assured that you will have full factory warranty and support on your product.

Too many times every single day we receive phone calls from homeowners who had purchased their water heater from a large retail store, and are now faced with it either leaking or needing a part and they are not being helped to the level they expect or deserve.

Do it right and buy your water heater or related product from a professional that works with Water Heaters Only – you will be glad you did so when you experience the friendly delivery staff entering your home, or the great customer that we work with who is installing your product.

Water Heaters Only does not sell directly to the homeowner – we do this because we believe that the professional contractor is the safest and most effective way to enjoying your home’s mechanical or plumbing system to its utmost ability.
