The GE Universal Fit 10-ton packaged gas/electric rooftop unit (catalog GC957, chassis ZGD120S5MH) combines DX cooling with factory gas heat in one curb-mounted package. It is a typical choice when the job already has gas at the roof and the existing unit is gas/electric.

This configuration is 208/230V, 3-phase, with 240 MBH dual-stage gas heat, and includes a 3 HP blower (5 drive) /HPE. Universal Fit footprint design supports common commercial curb replacements so crews can change out the unit with less curb rework when dimensions match.
