The GE 12.5-ton commercial split-system air conditioner outdoor unit (catalog 30Z60, model EL150KCSDT-Dual) is a dedicated outdoor cooling section for light commercial split applications. It is sold as an outdoor unit and must be matched with a compatible indoor air handler and line set per GE application guidelines.

This configuration is 575V, 3-phase. Use it on jobs that need a split outdoor condenser rather than a packaged rooftop — typically when the indoor section is remote or the existing system is already a commercial split.

Confirm matched air handler tonnage (see related Large Split air handlers in the same capacity family), electrical service, refrigerant piping limits, and controls before ordering. Spec sheets and AHRI matches for this chassis should be reviewed for the final job design; packaged-rooftop curb and economizer accessories do not apply.
